This portal (portal.lionheartny.com) is the client and staff console for Lion-Heart Logistics, a third-party logistics provider. It is a private business application — access is limited to Lion-Heart staff and invited client accounts.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account. The portal additionally holds the business data needed to provide logistics services to our clients: orders, shipments, tracking, inventory, and billing records for the client account you belong to.

How we use it

Sign-in information is used only to authenticate you and route you to your own account's data. Business data is used to operate warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and billing services under our client agreements. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Client users see only their own company's data, enforced at the database level. Data is shared with service providers strictly as needed to run the service (hosting, database, carriers, accounting) and as required by law.

Retention and deletion

Business records are retained as required for accounting and our client agreements. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
