This portal (portal.lionheartny.com) is a private business application operated by Lion-Heart Logistics for its staff and clients. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Access

Accounts are issued by Lion-Heart to its team and to authorized users of its client companies. You may use the portal only on behalf of the account you were invited to, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is unauthorized or misused.

Services

The portal provides visibility into logistics services — orders, shipments, inventory, invoices — governed by the service agreement between Lion-Heart and your company. Where these terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls. Information in the portal is provided in good faith as an operational view and does not replace formal invoices or statements.

Acceptable use

No attempting to access another account's data, probing or disrupting the service, or using the portal for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to client contacts.
